Robert Thomas
Investment Manager

Chairman of the Access Group since 1997.
Over 30 years investment experience in Asia.
Qualified as a chartered accountant before joining Robert Fleming & Co in London in 1967.
He transferred to the newly established joint venture, Jardine Fleming in Hong Kong in 1974 and headed up their office in Tokyo from 1976 to 1978.
He returned to Hong Kong and from that point on was principally engaged in building up the fund management business, of which he was Managing Director until 1996, to assets under management of some US$24 billion.

Liu Chee Ming
Investment Manager

Managing Director of the Platinum Group and Access Investment Management (H.K.) Limited.
Founder of Platinum Group in 1996.
More than 40 years of experience within Asian financial services sector including stock broking, corporate finance and portfolio management.
Independent Non-Executive Director of Constellar Holdings Pte. Ltd. (a Singapore company); DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (a leading financial services group in Asia); MGM China Holdings Limited (HKEx: 2282); and STT Communications Limited (a Singapore company).
In addition, he is an Independent Non-Executive Director of OUE Hospitality REIT Management Pte. Ltd. and OUE Hospitality Trust Management Pte. Ltd., which are the REIT Manager and Trustee-Manager respectively of OUE Hospitality Trust (a company listed in Singapore).
On Takeovers Appeal Committee of the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong (May 1995 to March 2020); and Deputy Chairman of the Takeovers and Mergers Panel (April 2008 to March 2020).
He is also Council Member of the Corporate Advisory Council of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute.
Member of the Listing Review Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange from July 2019.
Chairman to the Board of Governors of Singapore International School (Hong Kong) from January 2020.

Daryl Liu
Director, Asset Management

Joined Access in 2011.
Over 12 years of experience in investment management with Platinum.
Independent Non-Executive Director of Kader Holdings Company Limited.
Previously worked in a subsidiary of the People’s Bank of China in Singapore.
Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University.
